Remote Support System
We may need to use our Remote Support System to help you, for this you will need to follow these instructions. 

1. Click here to run the Remote Support System
2. Click "Open" or "Run" depending on options your given. 
3. When the client opens, double click on the Remote Support Station on the left
(When you call you will be told which station to click on)
4. We will now be connected to your pc and will be able help fix your problems. 
5. When we disconnect the software closes and is not installed on your pc.
(To get support in the future you need to follow the above steps again.)
